Activate your Yoni or Body: Massage your Yoni or Body by pressing into the tissue or sliding the wand in and out, you can activate a sensual zone of your Yoni.
Release Yoni tension and tightness: Insert your Yoni Wand and press into the spot that you experience tension or tightness. Hold it pressed for 1 to 2 minutes while breathing and consciously releasing stuck energy from the spot. Making sounds as you breath can help the process of releasing pain and tightness. Then let go and allow the new energy, blood, flow in the area. After that move on to the next point. Treat this as you would massage knots in the neck or shoulders
It is essential to clean your Wand Crystals on a regular bases. The crystals have their one vibrations and intelligence. They also soak up vibrations, positive and negative, by absorbing energy from anyone who handles them and the environment in general. Therefore, unless the Body Wand is cleansed, it will carry the energy from everyone who handled it, or the place where it spends time. Even if you did an initial cleansing of your Body Wand, it is a good idea to have it cleansed and re-energized at least once a month.
Physical cleansing: boil up some purified or distilled water and pour it in a bowl to let it cool off a little. Then place your Body Wand in the water for 10 to 15 minutes. You can add couple of drops of Tea Tree Oil if you’d like. After that, rinse the Wand off and leave it to dry.
Energetic cleansing: One way is to placing it in water as you normally would, but project intentionality into the water. You can do this by visualizing the water and imagining it as a cleansing, healing liquid, perhaps picturing it as having the perfect clarity of a diamond. This will allow you to return the BodyWand to its original pure vibrations.
Second method: Another way is to cleanse your Body Wand is with the smoke of the sage. Hold your Wand over the smoke, and impress your intention of cleaning the Stone, returning it to its natural, original state of pure vibrations.
After every energy cleaning ritual, rinse your wand well and place your Body Wand in the sun or under moon light, so it can be recharge.
Please note: that each of our Yoni Wands are carved from pure raw crystal. They are buffed and polished to maximal smoothness. In all Yoni Wands, across all brands, due to the nature of crystals and the necessary process of forming them into the requisite egg shapes, it is normal and natural for there to be natural variety: differences in colors within a crystal, minor surface imperfections. This is part of the natural power of the Yoni Wand and part of what makes yours individual. As long as there are no jagged edges or sharp fractures (we perform our own inspection, but please do your own, as well, as you get to know your Yoni Wand) – then your Wand is safe for use.
