IMPORTANT NOTE: Each Yoni Egg is hand-carved by masters from semi-precious stone. While all items are of the same top-notch quality, each one is unique. This affects how we are able to do returns.

Because the usage of this product can be very intimate, we cannot offer money-back returns, as your Egg is energized for you and cannot be resold, for both psychic and physical health reasons. What we can do is accept exchanges on items that are damaged in transit. You must contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please assist us, as we require clear photos of the damage item. After your exchange has been approved. we can send you a pre-paid shipping label for complimentary return shipping. The item(s) must be returned to us within 2 weeks from the date at which we provide you the free shipping label. If we receive the item(s) after 2 weeks have passed, the exchange authorization is nullified. Once we receive the damaged egg, we will send out a replacement of the same kind of egg you originally ordered. If the product description is listed as-is, or already describes any imperfections, the item is not eligible for an exchange. We do not offer exchanges if you crack the egg by placing it in boiling water, drop the egg on the ground, crack it in a toilet, or otherwise damage it. Please be careful with your precious Yoni Eggs!
