There are many exercises that you can perform using a Yoni Egg. We would like to cover the basic ones first. 
Remember with every practice you are improving the muscles of your Yoni and creating better deeper connection with her. 

Start by performing the sacred ritual of inserting the Yoni Egg. Take your Egg in to your hands and mentally give it intent. Think to yourself: What would you like it to help you with or assist you with? Focus on that. You can lie down or sit in a comfortable, relaxed position. Gently in a circular movement massage your Yoni Egg in. Always insert the egg by placing the larger end of it first inside.

 

Yoni Egg Breathing Exercise:

Sit comfortably or lay down.

  • Inhale and squeeze your yoni as much as you can for a few seconds. 
  • Exhale and relax the yoni completely 

Do this for 10 breaths.

Relax and feel your Yoni for 5 breaths, or until you are ready to resume.
Now do it in reverse for 10 breaths

  • Inhale and relax the yoni completely 
  • Exhale and squeeze your yoni as much as you can for a few seconds.

After 10 breaths relax and feel your Yoni


Quick tip for moving inner energy - Microcosmic Orbit:

On the Inhale imagine a ball of energy moving from your tailbone along your spine to the top of your head.
And on the Exhale this ball of energy is moving from top of your head along your front to your Yoni. 

Pay attention to how you and your yoni feel after the different breaths and exercises.
Which squeezing you enjoyed more?

Yoni Egg Cat-Caw Exercise:

Position yourself on your hands and knees, with your wrists directly under your shoulders, and your knees directly under your hips.
Start with the back parallel to the ground.

  • Inhale and bring your tailbone and head up, squeeze the yoni. (Cow position)
  • Exhale and arch your spine up, relax completely. (Cat position)

Repeat 10 times, and then rest by sitting back on your heels with your torso upright.
Relax and feel your Yoni
When you are ready to resume, move on to the next exercise.

Yoni Egg Cobra Exercise:

Position yourself flat on your stomach and hands under shoulders and legs extended behind you, spread a few inches apart. The tops of your feet should rest on the mat — do not tuck your toes.

  • Inhale as you press through your hands firmly into the floor. Straighten your arms, lifting your torso and your legs a few inches off the floor. Squeeze your Yoni. Hold for 6 seconds. 
  • Exhale and bring yourself down, relax completely. 

Repeat this exercise 10 times.
Than return to laying position and relax. 
Feel your Yoni. 
When you are ready to resume, move on to the next exercise.

Yoni Egg Bridge Exercise:

Lay down on your back.

  • Inhale and bring your tailbone up and gently squeeze the yoni for 4 seconds. 
  • Exhale and bring yourself down, relax completely.

Repeat this 10 times.
Than return to laying position and relax. 
Feel your Yoni. 
When you are ready to resume, move on to the next exercise.

Yoni Egg Scissors Exercise:

Lay down on your back.

  • Inhale and bring your right leg up and squeeze right side of the yoni. 
  • Exhale and bring your leg down, relax completely. 
  • Inhale and bring your left leg up and squeeze left side of the yoni. 
  • Exhale and bring your leg down, relax completely. 

Do 10 repetitions for each leg. 
Relax and feel your Yoni

As you advance in this practice you can do more than 10 repetitions, but for the beginners it is suggested to start with 10.
